Spring Break Schools Out Camp in Auburn Hills, MI

North Oakland YMCA has mid-winter break "Y Schools Out Camp" from April 2nd - April 6th, 2012 from 9a-4p with before care and after care available for no additional cost. Activities include swimming, games, arts and crafts, sports and much more! Cost is $40 per day for Y members and $60 per day for non-Y members. This Spring Break Camp is offered for kids ages 3-5 (pre-school camp) and kids ages 6-13 (grade school camp).

Vert Village BMX is open during Spring Break April 2-9th, Monday - Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Saturday 10:00-9:00pm, Closed on Easter Sunday, and Monday April 9th 2:00pm- 9:00pm. Experience the thrills of BMX Biking with box jumps, rollers, and padded landings that make trying new tricks safe. On site coaches help children navigate the course and share tips to make their ride more fun. Rent a bike for $10 and a helmet for $3 or bring your own bike. Cost is $10 for 1 hour, $15 for 2 hours, or $20 for all day Monday-Friday, and Saturday is $25 for an all day bike pass.
Spring Break Horseback Riding Camp in White Lake, MI

This camp includes riding instructions each day for 2 hours and clinics that range from horsemanship and stable management to veterinary care. Campers will be assigned a horse to take care of the entire time at camp, as it was their own horse! We celebrate the last day of camp by participating in games both on and off the horse to demonstrate the skills learned during camp. Campers are required to wear a riding or bicycle helmet, hard-soled shoes with a slight heel and long pants. Camp fills quickly…so register early! Camp is Monday through Friday of Spring Break from 10a-3p and costs $250. Spring Break Horseback Riding Camp is for riders ages 7-16.

This 5 day camp will teach participants all about digital technology and allow them to flex their creative muscles by utilizing technology to make art. Students will learn how computers work, how websites are made and about the many creative opportunities technology provides. Activities will include creating jewelry out of computer parts, shooting & editing a digital video, composing songs on the computer, and many more. The camp will be facilitated by Agents from the Geek Squad whose knowledge and enthusiasm for technology will provide a fun & eduactional experience.
