Great Start Collaborative - Oakland is providing free ASQ (Ages and Stages Questionnaire) screenings on January 17th at the Farmington Public Library. If you have questions about whether your child is hitting age-appropriate milestones, this is a chance to get a free professional screening from trusted professionals.

The free ASQ screenings are for children ages 2 mos - 5 years of age and take 10-15 minutes to complete. The free ASQ screening is from 10a-1p. You will also receive free developmental and parenting materials for free on the day of the ASQ screenings.
