The owners of fLipSpot Gymnastics and Cheer fulfilled a need by opening their center in January 2011. Now, local children (as well as adults) can enjoy a wide variety of classes and clinics from beginning to competitive gymnastics and cheerleading.

Sessions begin with 18 months - 3 year olds for parent and tot classes. Beginning at age four, boys and girls are in separate classes since they use different apparatus. Classes are open to any age 18 months and up.
fLipSpot is a colorful and appealing center. They have all kinds of equipment with variations to suit all ages. There's also a super convenient viewing room with a big window and seating for parents to watch their kids in action. Class Observation allows for all classes to be open for viewing 100% of the time.
There are so many options for fun at fLipSpot. fLipSpot holds field trips for any group - you can even put together a group of your own. fLipSpot also has Day Camps, specialty tumbling clinics, open gym, Boot Camps, Birthday Parties (LINK HERE), trampoline sessions, Cheernastics and more. If I were a cheerleader in high school again, I would definitely be heading over to the Friday Night Flipout which is an open gym for teens only. fLipSpot is truly becoming a "Hang out" for the high school students who get to enjoy music, pizza, drinks, and lots of fun.
Gift cards available and can even conveniently be used as a "debit card" for the teens attending and open gym or the fLipOut, so they don't need to bring cash.
fLipSpot offers Recreational and All Star competitive cheer teams. Both boys and girls competitive and developmental gymnastic teams are also available at fLipSpot for ages 7-16. They don't have to try out but need to be evaluated to determine skill level.
