Restaurant Style Buffalo Wings Recipe
Making chicken wings is easy. Making restaurant style Buffalo wings like they do at Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty easy too. You just have to have the right ingredients. This homemade buffalo wings recipe is a takeoff on Buffalo Wild Wings-type chicken wings. I'd grade the hotness factor as mild-plus to medium in terms of spicy. Make your own buffalo wings.
Restaurant Style Buffalo Wings Ingredients:
- 1/2 bag of frozen wings (about 12 wings)
- Cholula Hot Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Fat Free Wishbone Italian Dressing
- Garlic Powder
Restaurant Style Buffalo Wings Directions:
Mix 1 bottle of cholula hot sauce, 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce, 3/4 c. of Fat Free Wishbone Italian Dressing, and 3 teaspoons of garlic powder. Toss the frozen wings in the sauce mixture. Let the chicken wings sit in the mixture while the oven heats to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray (for easy clean up). Layer the chicken wings on the foil. Top with some of the sauce and put the wings in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes. At about 35 minutes, flip the buffalo chicken wings over and top with more sauce, then cook for the final 10 minutes. Remove the buffalo chicken wings from the cookie sheet and top them with the restaurant-style homemade buffalo wing sauce that is left over on the cookie sheet.
